The firm’s civil practice emphasizes litigation in the following areas:

• Antitrust – We have considerable experience in prosecuting and defending cases under federal and state antitrust laws for refusals to deal, tying and other restraints of trade, monopolization and unlawful mergers and acquisitions. We also have substantial experience in defending corporations and individuals under criminal and civil investigation by the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Colorado Attorney General’s Office.

• Natural Resources – From CERCLA (Superfund) to gasoline spills, members of the firm have handled the gamut of natural resource litigation in state and federal courts, including oil and gas antitrust litigation.
• Personal Injury – Our personal injury practice focuses on wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, with an emphasis on spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries.
