Ronald L. Wilcox

Ron Wilcox is a native of Upstate New York, where he attended the State University of New York at Geneseo. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Montana in 1977 and his law degree from the University of Denver in 1983. Mr. Wilcox’s legal career has focused on class actions and complex commercial litigation involving antitrust, breach of contract, CERCLA (Superfund), fraud and breach of fiduciary duties, and unfair competition. He has represented business and individual clients in the healthcare and oil and gas industries, as well as a wide variety of other contexts, at the trial court and appellate level. In addition to handling cases throughout the Rocky Mountain Region, Mr. Wilcox has participated in international arbitration in Hong Kong and has successfully challenged off-shore trusts in Nevis and the Cook Islands. Mr. Wilcox also has served as an expert witness on issues involving attorney fees.
