Steve
Peters was admitted to the Colorado Bar
in 1983. He has 50 federal jury
trials, 22 arbitrations, numerous
regulatory and injunction proceedings to
his credit. He has an extensive motion
practice and appellate experience in
both civil and criminal litigation
settings. Mr. Peters has substantial
background in complex database
management and internal investigations.
In 2008,
Mr. Peters was appointed to the Criminal
Justice Act Standing Committee of the
U.S. District Court for the District of
Colorado. He is a member of the Colorado
Trial Lawyers Association, the American
Bar Association/White Collar Section,
and the Northwest Colorado Bar
Association.

Todd Mair
has been practicing law since 1996 and
was admitted to the Colorado bar in
2000. Prior to joining the Peters Law
Firm, Mr. Mair was an appellate attorney
with the Colorado Public Defender’s
Office, where he had primary
responsibility for approximately 100
criminal appeals before the Colorado
Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme
Court. Mr. Mair also has extensive
experience in complex civil litigation
matters involving insurance coverage
disputes, class actions, trademark,
fraud, commercial disputes, personal
injury and bankruptcy.
