Steve Peters was admitted to Colorado Bar in October 31, 1983. He has 50 federal jury trials, 22 arbitrations, numerous regulatory and injunction proceedings to his credit. He has an extensive motion practice and appellate experience in both civil and criminal litigation settings. Mr. Peters has substantial background in complex database management and internal investigations.

In 2008, Mr. Peters was appointed to the Criminal Justice Act Standing Committee of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association/White Collar Section, and the Northwest Colorado Bar Association.
